Free shipping on orders over $100
Please enter your zip code and choose UPS Ground Shipping.  Your Invoice will show a shipping charge even if your order sub-total is over $100.00.  We will manually credit that shipping charge back to you if your order total is over $100 and if your shipment meets all requirements for free shipping.  Please read the following to find out if your order over $100 qualifies for free shipping. 

Free Shipping on Orders Over $100 does not apply to:

how is ground shipping calculated?
After all items are added to your shopping cart, scroll down and look for "Enter Ship-To Zip Code for UPS Shipping".  Enter your zip code.  Please check UPS Ground as your option unless you prefer Express Shipping.  Even though you choose UPS Ground, if the package weight is under two pounds, we may choose to send your package USPS Priority mail.  We normally only do this if shipping USPS Priority Mail saves you a great deal of money.  Minimum shipping charge is $5.99 for USPS packages.

Express Shipping:
If you choose express shipping, please know that the invoice DOES NOT always show  the correct rate.  Even though your invoice shows a shipping charge of a certain amount for Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select, you must know that shipping may be more expensive depending on the size of the box.  When you place your order, the cart has no idea what size box the merchandise will fit into.  Therefore, since the UPS Express Shipping rates are based on the size of the box and the weight of the package, the invoice may be incorrect.  The invoice calculates the rate by weight and does not calculate the extra cost associated with the size of the box.  Therefore, if the amount is different from the amount on the invoice, we will personally call you to let you know.  IF YOU PLACE A NEXT DAY, SECOND DAY, OR THREE DAY SELECT ORDER, PLEASE WATCH FOR A PHONE CALL OR AN EMAIL FROM US.  WE WILL ATTEMPT A COURTESY CALL OR EMAIL TO YOU TO GIVE YOU AN OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL THE EXPRESS SHIPMENT AND GO GROUND IF THE EXPRESS SHIPPING IS TOO EXPENSIVE.  IF WE CANNOT REACH YOU, SHIPMENT WILL BE SENT AND WE WILL CHARGE YOU EXACTLY WHAT WE ARE CHARGED BY UPS TO SHIP YOUR PACKAGE. 

IMPORTANT:  Please note:  if you choose an express option, order must be received by 12:00 p.m. central time in order to ship same day.  If order is received after 12:00 p.m. central time, package is not guaranteed to ship same day.   if you order on a Friday before 12:00 p.m. central time, delivery will be on Monday.  If order is received after 12:00 p.m. central time on a Friday, package is not guaranteed to go out same day and delivery may be on Tuesday.  packages are not delivered on WEEKENDS OR ups holidays!

Canada & International Shipments
Free shipping over $100 does not apply to orders for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, VI, Canada, or any other international shipment.  
Your order will be shipped via USPS postal service instead of UPS.  In this case, you will be charged exactly what we are charged to ship your package.  Please double check to make sure that you have given us a correct email address and phone number with your order because we will attempt to phone or email you for an approval before your card is charged.  Therefore, you will need to check your phone messages and emails often after your order is placed.  Also, there may be circumstances where you will be offered a choice of shipping rates and methods.  In this case, we will need your choice of shipping options  before the package is sent. 

ATTN:  INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:  After your package is shipped, we are not responsible for delays that may occur at customs!  IMPORTANT:  Customer is responsible for any extra customs, taxes, or duties fees that may apply.  We do not know what these charges may be.  Please research these charges before placing your order with us.  Also, if an order is undeliverable or refused by the customer, the customer will not be refunded any amount whatsoever.  You will be charged 100% of the total credit card charge which includes shipping and your package will be treated as abandoned at the port of delivery by the customer.

**TRACKING YOUR ORDER –
After your order is shipped, you should receive an email with your tracking number.  You can then track your order online through www.ups.com or www.usps.com depending on the method of delivery.  If for some reason you do not receive your tracking number via email, please feel free to call.  We would be glad to give you that information.  USPS Priority Mail normally takes two to three days depending on your location from Oklahoma.  UPS Ground is normally a three to five business day delivery service.  The number of days that the package takes to reach you depends on where your location is from Oklahoma.  Please click here to view our UPS transmit map.  As a good rule of thumb, you can expect your package within 3 to 5 business days after your order is placed.

**SOME ITEMS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING –
Due to size and/or weight, a few items are excluded from “Free Shipping” even though your order total is over $100.00.  Even though your invoice shows free, these items are NOT FREE!  Whenever you are shopping, please notice whether or not your item is excluded from the free shipping policy.  These items will clearly state in the description:   “This item is exempt from free shipping.  You will be charged exactly what we are charged to ship this item”.  Some of these items include:  large pieces of furniture and large and/or heavy wooden train sets.  WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU PHONE US IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED so that you know exactly what these items will cost before they are shipped.  Please phone us toll free at 1-866-482-9177 (Oklahoma Residents may dial 918-371-3142).   IF YOU DO NOT PHONE US, you will be charged exactly what we are charged to ship these items and you may not hold us responsible for these extra charges.  THESE CHARGES DO NOT SHOW ON YOUR INVOICE.  They are added to your order AFTER your order is received.

HOW AND WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE SENT?
We ship our packages via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail depending on the size of the package.  USPS Priority Mail normally takes two to three days depending on your location from Oklahoma.  UPS Ground is normally a three to five business day delivery service.  The number of days that the package takes to reach you depends on where your location is from Oklahoma.  Please click here to view our UPS transmit map.  As a good rule of thumb, you can expect your package within 3 to 5 business days after your order is placed.  We try very hard to ship your items within 48 hours from the time your order is placed (excluding weekends - we do not ship orders out on weekends).  IMPORTANT:  If you must receive your package by a certain date, please place this information under SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS.  You should also phone us toll free at 1-866-482-9177 (Oklahoma Residents may dial 918-371-3142) immediately after your order is placed to let us know.  We will try to give your package priority.  Please keep in mind that UPS will not deliver to a PO Box.  Therefore, please be sure to include your complete street address.  Double check to make sure it is correct.   

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AND HAVE MY PACKAGE SENT DIRECTLY TO OUR THOMAS FAN AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION :
Yes, you may send your order directly to the individual instead of yourself.  The order form is designed for this method.

WILL MY ENTIRE ORDER BE SHIPPED TOGETHER IN THE SAME PACKAGE?
Please note that your entire order may not be shipped together.  Furniture and large wooden sets are most generally mailed separately from the rest of your order.  They are mailed on the same day; however, may not be mailed in the same package or by the same mail service.  Also, our wall posters are usually mailed in a protective tube separately from the rest of your order.

Out of stock items are mailed separately as they arrive at no additional shipping charges to you.
